I’m currently working at Fly.

• Bruno is responsible for managing Fly’s Software Development department, he is responsible for project management ensuring that all systems carefully respect the designers’ vision, full responsiveness, the UX demands of website visitors and business needs of our customers.
  
  Bruno is also helping to build new development processes from scratch to optimize productivity, also implementing Agile methodology using tools like TDD, Kanbam, Scrum, XP, etc.
  
  Examples of everyday tasks:
  
  Project management – Managing internal client projects and new external projects Bruno participates in all parts of the project, from creating the software architecture, ensuring that the delivery respects deadlines and has a perfect front-end to guaranteeing delivery of all project specifications ensuring a smooth delivery;
  
  Team management – Bruno is responsible for monitoring Fly’s development team, making sure there are no blockages in the development path, creating and collecting KPI data and helping whenever the team needs it.

• Bruno is responsible for building, managing, and improving custom, fully responsive WordPress websites that carefully respect the vision of the designers, the UX demands of site visitors, and the business needs of our clients.
  
  Examples of day-to-day tasks:
  Building fully-responsive WordPress sites from scratch and based on well organised
  and documented high-definition designs. e.g. Figma.
  
  Delivering regular improvements, new functionality & timely bug fixes to existing
  client WordPress sites, including occasional custom plugin development. + Crafting solutions to Fly’s own internal WordPress website properties.
  
  Manage routine updates to ensure the security and stability of client sites.
